Fred is a manufacturing and deployment expert with a track record of scaling groundbreaking technologies from concept to full-scale production. Prior to joining Fourth Power, Fred led the construction, commissioning, and launch of Rivian’s first factory, overseeing more than $5 billion in manufacturing programs and bringing the R1T, R1S, and Amazon Delivery Van to market in just 18 months. At Tesla, he played a key role in redefining final assembly and test facility architecture for the Model 3, and at Plenty, he spearheaded the launch of the world’s most efficient vertical indoor farming facility, enabling distribution through Whole Foods and major grocers.
